#MonsterHunterRiseSunbreak #MonsterHunterRise #MonsterHunter If I had to rank defensive skills, I would say that intrepid heart is the best option, then depending from your weapon, either defiance or defense boost, then divine blessing (just because of its 25% of activating) and last those skills that naturally increase a bit your defense like embolden. While it can be argued that GUTS, potentially can be even better in terms of survival, the issue is that it doesnt protect against multi hits (last clip in the vid) so the idea is cool, but the execution is just terrible, it should become invincible for a couple of seconds in case of those particular attacks. and if you ask me an amount, something around 750 - 850 is a good number to have. that is naturally what you will get in MR TU3. perhaps against anomaly monsters i would increase it up to 900 (most of the time I play at 1k and i Hardly get carted)
CB gains +5 atk and ele on initial hit then +15 to both after 5 consecutive hits for a total of +20 atk and +20 element, so Chain Crit is insanely strong for fast elemental weapons, almost a must have. With CB, Spinning slash immediately procs the full +20 atk and +20 ele after just 1 swing. Enjoy this showcase on Gore Magala! A lot of the scorned runs were made when the no small monsters mod was still allowed on the freestyle leaderboard. So now I wanted to prove to myself that I can beat my old time even without it. Title Update 4 for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is here! Velkhana was added, and its exactly the same fight as world. Feels kind of slow by comparison to everything else in sunbreak though, but still velkhana is a good monster. Risen Valstrax is not fun to gun. Wasn't a fan of Vasltrax in Rise anyway, and RIsen Vasltrax is just cranked up to another level. Blegh, its not for me. Also no sets today, sorry. Still working on grinding, and theorycrafting stuff to update. We do get more raw for free, and some of the new decorations are great, especially when added with the new armor augments, theres a lot to shuffle around.
